Full Version: *URGENT* What is this?(Has to do with a purchase)

Ok so I ordered my Amnesia: The Dark Descent on 1/8/12 and it hasn't come yet. I have gone to shelf to check and track it but whe I entered the information DIRECTLY FROM THE E-MAIL it said, and I quote, "No such purchase, please try again." when I KNOW that I ordered it. I have the e-mails! WTH?! ...Did Frictional Games rip me off? Please let me know they didn't. Or I would like my money back.
Contact Frictional Games. They'll gladly help you and either:

Give you're money back, or THE BEST CHOICE;

Send you the game (if you have enough proof that you bought that game)
