You should try decreasing you're graphics settings in options. Just set everything to low, disable SSAO, screen smoothing etc.
Guys, he has a good point: Like with any purchase, he has the right to return it if it's not satisfactory.
Probably a graphics/computer issue. Contact FG, they may give you a return.
You should have tested a demo.
In case you didn't know you use can use demo's to see if it will even run.

Try lowering the graphic settings and close any background programs. If that does not solve the problem, you probably have some issues with your hardware.
There are system requirements and a demo available so it is more than "fair". Check the sticky guides for more info, everything is there.

You should've have read the System Requirements first before Purchasing.
