It said i had gotten all the artifacts and i got an extra at the end it gave me a code and i clicked it took me to the menu? what d o i do with it?

Now you go to the Penumbra: Black Plague's folder in your computer and search file which is called: super_secret.exe

Also there's computer in Amabel's office, remember?
There's a Schmup.exe which asks password...
Put this password there and you get something extra also.
