As reported there appears to be a bug in 1.01 w/ completing the Cistern. http://www.frictionalgames.com/forum/thread-4776.html

Does anyone have a save created in 1.01 immediately after completing the Cistern valves that they would be willing to share? Or, per Thomas, a save before the Cistern is entered will work.
