Game crashes when I exit boat. All settings are in MAX. Game crashes with windows error window, “Program made smth horrible and must be closed”. What am I supposed to do?

Some objects have shadows turned off for speed issues.

May be there is some possibility to turn off this feature? Cause I’ve got 40FPS all the time
