Hi all;
As you all know, Frictional Modding Community grows bigger every single day. I'm glad that I'm part of a helpful community.

However, I'm sure many of you are getting to see everyday nearly same topics are opened.
Many helpful great topics goes down to old dusty pages, and becomes invisible.
Same 'how to' topics, same 'information' topics are being opened over and over.

We have a great system to overcome this! WIKI

I see many people prepare some good tutorials. Why should they went down to old dusty pages, while it's possible to make them easy to reach? While it's possible to add them to Wiki, and make them available always for everyone at once?

TL;DR: I want your help to improve the Wiki. Let's add every tutorial you made, every necessary and helpful information you share to Wiki!

It's really easy!
Just open your account here: http://wiki.frictionalgames.com/hpl2/start?do=register
And start to add your tutorials and information!

Although I'm not that familiar with Wiki, even I can create pages and add content. Don't worry about to sort out, I can take care of that. What we need is, available information about HPL2!
There are some real nice tutorials here, would be neat to see them in the wiki Big Grin
Tan, can you add this one in the Wiki(don't have the time right now):

I think that the tutorial which would be really appriciated would be one for those more complicated angle scripts. For example those for(int i=0; i=something; i++) and that kind of things and the variables. and things with coördinates and stuff.
Please if u would be able to do that.
Many people would appriciate it just you know that.
I'm helping some people to with scripting and so. But when they come wtih that kind of questions i mostly can explain them but sometimes it really get's to hard.

Thanks for listening,
Ferry Adams

That would be really really great. Most of the questions asked are beginner stuff. That would help many people.

And thanks guys, I was thinking that this topic was dead and no one was willing to contribute, but it turns out I'm wrong and I'm glad that I'm wrong Smile
Yes! XD the beginner stuff is my muscle. Well I better start writing ;D.

Thank you very much. I'm currently making a story and have...no idea in scripting. When I start the scripting your guides will be really helpful. If you do this, thank you very much! Time is little and such good help even more rare! Keep it up! Smile

Don't worry. One day the WIKI will be very popular I hope. We just have to "advertise" it more in the forum etc... Maybe add a link somewhere more visible.
Hey guys. While I'm still here, is there any specific thing anyone needs help with scripting wise? Big Grin
