Suggestion: LP Subforum
I think we all learned from Amnesia that that game can get A LOT of Let's Plays.
So, when Amnesia: Pigs will be released, will Amnesia: Pigs (and Amnesia: The Dark Descent) get a Let's Play subforum, separate from the General Discussion subforum?

Well, I've thought about suggesting this before, but I don't think it would help much. Could always try it, I suppose.

Serendipity.... I was just thinking this exact thought. Perhaps a sub-forum to Hints/Help/Spoiler forum?

As both a broadcaster and a viewer, I would love to have a 1-stop place to go to both advertise and discover Amnesia videos!

It's not a half-bad idea. But to be honest LPers should just put a tinyurl in their signature and avoid bumping threads advertising their channel in the forums. No harm, no foul -- it'd just be more appropriate to not populate the forum with threads of no great consequence.

but putting a link in their signature would mean people would have to stick around long enough to post something other than "PLEASE VISIT MY CHANNEL I ONLY HAVE X NUMBER OF SUBSCRIBERS PLEASE I PLAY AMNESIA AND GET SCARED". and we can't have that, right?!

i like the concept of a sub-forum if only for the fact that it would be more organized.

Yeah, based on the amount of threads advertising LPs, we either need a new subforum, or a new rule prohibiting threads like that. I do agree that one's signature is a good enough place to advertise that sort of thing, and I don't like how the General Discussion section is cluttered with these adverts.
