What is THAT!?

Ok, so I've looked over the Scary Gameplay video for quite some time now. The first time I watched it, I drooled a little knowing it will startle me like the Penumbra Series did. (I jumped four times in that series, other times I just had the tendency to swear...) Anyway I continued to look over the video and I just couldn't keep my eyes off the enemy that appeared behind the door, if you look carefully you can even see him "spawn" but nonetheless I wondered, WHAT IS THAT!?

That's the first little hint you get of it...



I keep going over it and analyzing it but none of it really makes sense... The setting is a Castle right? So what enemies could be in a Castle? Also it doesn't seem very intelligent because it doesn't speak like the Infected did in Penumbra; it's just growling, wretching, chittering, etc...

So here's what I see...

- It's wearing a white suit of some kind...
- Looks either bald or is wearing a mask.
- Boots...
- Some kind of straps around the legs or body.
- If it's NOT a suit then it's naked.

So what is THAT? A miner? A zombie? Go ahead and take your guess, cause I won't know until I run up to it face to face in the game, then scream like a little girl and run away. If you have any ideas as to what it is feel free to express your thoughts...

It's looks like an old man to me, wearing wellington boots, light brown trousers, dirty white shirt and suspenders. From the noises he makes, he just hasn't had his morning coffee yet. Maybe the castle's gardener?

Yeah, everything is very simple. Like the Tuurngait - Phill decides to atcually talk to them and they seem to be wery friendly, but they kill people if they run away from them. So in Amnesia the big goal is to find the missing gardeners coffee and horray, we won!

From what I saw, it always looked to me like it was naked had the figure of that fat thing in Killing Floor but was actually less fat. I guess it's a Tuurngait that got sad after Phil said he didn't love them and started eating ice cream.

I suggest that if it is naked the developers keep giving their monsters penises or facsimilies of penises so the game gets more controversial and therefore more popular. Or if it doesn't, at least for the lulz or freaky factor.

Hmm... Yeah man that's weird... still leaves me clueless but if they are wounds at least we know it bleeds...

the wounds would make sense if the creature was chained to the wall. whenever i watch the video i think i see chains on the creature. not sure though. chain to the wall and locked in. if thats the cause then the creature was the one screaming for help with the female voice. maybe the monsters a clusterfuck of human souls and bodies WHO KNOWS im taking a shot in the dark here.
