I think it's worth, but it's worth to wait for a discount (was like Halloween on Steam)

Depends. If you like Point & Click horror games, then it's very well implemented. If you're after a Call of Duty: Black Ops, which most *gamers* are after, then you should not try it

i saw some gameplay of Darkfall, i am severly confused

so is it a singelplayer RPG with some sort of attachment for MP?
is it a MMORPG. seems realy complicated and realy hard to get into

It is a 3D POINT & CLICK game, where you cannot run freely, all of the objects and environments are pre-rendered. All you can do is solving puzzles and advancing in-game. Though, it can be scary to advance sometimes.
For me, I couldn't stand some of the places and I couldn't wait to look around. It's scary.

If you played Scratches, that's it. Or, you can think about a game like Amnesia, but without chasing scenes, physics, lots of interactions and free walk.
