WTF!?! I NEED HELP NOW OR MY MONEY BACK!!!

Ive read the trouble shooting guide, ive done everything you asked us to do, ive downloaded 3 differnt NVIDIA Drivers and none have fucking worked! Everytime i try to open the game i get the same screen that says its crashed! I need help that will work for sure this time or my god dam money back!!!
