Black box error - Please help me

I keep getting this when i try to start Amnesia the dark descent, and i can't figure out what to do. none of my computers can run it for some reason. please help anyone?

1 - Your operating system (32 bit or 64 bit)
2 - Your graphic card (Desktop or Lapto)
3 - HPL.log under Documents/Amnesia/Main folder.

I have checked that, but it wasn't of any help to me unfortunately,
1, 32 bit
2, Laptop
3, I tried looking for the HPL.log, only to discover my documents has no Amnesia map at all, nor does my computer.
I've bought this game trough Steam, is it supposed to make a map in my documents too or does that work differently.

Yes, it is supposed to create a folder named Amnesia under the Documents folder.
Are you able to see Launcher when you open it through Steam? Also, try to do a 'verify integrity of game cache' in Steam for Amnesia.

When you right click on your Amnesia in the Steam list, click on Properties, click on Local Files, it should be there.

Okay found it and did that, though it's given the same problem again, what does that blackbox error mean anyways?

No problem at all.

BlackBox error means there is something unexpected occurred while Amnesia tried to start. Are you able to see Launcher? Or when you double click on Amnesia in Steam, it immediately gives the blackbox error?

Still there is no Amnesia folder under Documents folder? If so try to run the game as administrator.
