If I try to open any of the files such as Level Editor, Map View, etc... It says this: This application has failed to start because SDL.dll was not found. What do I do?

Try to reinstall the tools, redownload them using the wiki link.

Place it in the main Amnesia directory. But as you found your solution it's seems you're ready to go. Good luck in your creations.
