Is it possible to install Amnesia on my flash drive so that I can use it on other computers? Would the driver letters have to be the exact same or will the whole think just not work in general?

No it is not possible and most probably not legal, especially if the other computers are others.

It is legal. You can play the game on every computer you want.
And it's also legal when you give everyone in your family a copy of this game.
I can say what's allowed in my country, germany.
But it's illegal when you distribute the game around in school for example.
But fpr your own use, you can play the game on every computer you want, not only on one!
