When I press the Start Button, I get a black screen and a error:

Amnesia.exe caused an EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION in module Amnesia.exe at 0023:004A67A8Running with Administrator doesn't seem to fix the problem too. I'm using a Windows 7 64bit System.
Please note that I had to fix a mistake in the main_init.cfg so it could actually load the base_english.cfg file.
