I need help! - ari - 07-06-2012

I have a Problem with my static_object's when creating my custom story. they appear in the Level editor and everything and you can se the textures, but as fast i save the map and load it again the whole map is blank and it comes a error message. i am using 3ds max 2012 and i have done everything as i allways have done with static object but all of a sudden this ones just dissepears? please come with suggestions and stuff for me to test! Thank you!

And when i Load the map again?! And i dont get any error log.

Open your "resources.cfg" in your root folder using Notepad or Notepad++ and add a directory leading to the folder that holds this model.

The reason it is doing this is because you originally loaded the models in the level editor, so they show up, but when you go to run your level editor again, it reads through the directories in the resources.cfg and if the folder that this model is in, is NOT in any of the directories listed, it won't load. So you have to add a directory.
