Thank you, but i couldn't find anything to help me in either, i just really want to get this game working..
If i can't i most likely won't even get a refund since i bought it through steam.

When does it crash? What are your system specs? What error comes up?
You're not giving us information. And like I said to another asking for a refund, it is no one's fault but your own for not knowing if your system was up-to-par for the game's requirements, therefore, no refund can be issued.

Okay, so no refund. And sorry about the info.
Processor: Intel® AtomN455 (1.66GHz, 512KB cache)
RAM: 1.00 GB
Graphics Card should be: Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator 3150
Is there anything else you need to know? And i was being told i could play it with an Intel like mine so i was being told lies i'm guessing.

It is not supported to play on integrated graphics, it might work but is not within the requierments specified to run the game.
It might work if you download the .zip version of the drivers that you need from the intel download site, as those can be installed even though the manufacturer locked the computer as it seems to be the case here. However there could be risks involved with it, so on your own.
You can follow this guide: http://www.frictionalgames.com/forum/thread-9942-post-89162.html#pid89162 except that in the first step you get the .zip driver for your specific card and not those listed in the guide.

Your graphics card supports OpenGL 1.5 which is most probably the minimum for Penumbra. Follow these steps(for Windows 7 x86):
1) Download the latest driver for your graphics card from 2010(the 2nd link - win7.zip file): http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=19494&ProdId=3235&lang=eng&OSVersion=Windows%207%20%2832-bit%29*&DownloadType=%0ADrivers%0A and use the have disk method to install the driver(as Jens said be careful of step 1 which is different for you).
3) Restart and try running the game again.
