Help w/ jammed bridge in cistern - lunarxplosion - 10-06-2012

Hey guys,
I've run into an error/am just not smart enough to figure out how to proceed with the jammed bridge on the right in the cistern, the one leading to the morgue.
In the control room, I've adjusted the weights, heard the machines starting to run, adjusted the levers so they are now stuck in place, and put all three pipes up against the wall. I figured I was done, so exited and pulled the right lever. However, the bridge is still not lowering even halfway.
I've tried throwing some rocks at it, however it's pointless since the bridge is still way up at the top. Did I miss something?
It'd be great if you could help out, thanks a lot Smile

I think you missed something. Or maybe you encountered a bug.

Have you got a blue "fade" when you've completed this puzzle (along with the breath sound)? If not, you missed something.

And by "fade", I mean that "sanity boost" when you complete a puzzle.

Are you sure you did the pipes correctly?

As I recall you should also do the water storage place first.

The bridge does not come down completely, it will stuck in the middle.
You need to find a way to get on it Wink

You have to jump while u are rising and it is lowering.

Throw a rock at the chains that are holding the bridge up.

Return to the Machine room (or whatever it's called, you know what I mean :-p ) where you placed the pipes on the wall. Look and see if there is a shadow of a gear on the floor. If it is rotating then you've completed the Machine Room 'puzzle'.

If that's not it then I don't know what else to suggest. But you can have the pipes on the wall but not in their correct places (even though they stay on the wall).

If you've done all the puzzles in the machine room and got the breating noise/blue flash, simply throw a rock up onto the bridge
