So how self conscious are you of your mass? What's your opinion of people who are?

Has anyone here ever gone on a diet before? If so, how difficult was it? Does being vegan help with losing mass?

When I was younger under age 11 I used to be quite skinny, weighing around 60 pounds and yet I did not have a problem with it.

I have gained more weight in these past years so I'm pretty fine with my body.
