The game is using the AMD card, not the Intel one. I should have figured this out, you have two graphics cards. That's why...

The installer from lenovo might now work on you'r computer.

Guys, it won't work...
The game is using the AMD one, attach HPL.log found under Documents\Amnesia\Main folder and it should be clear.

Attach HPL.log file found under Documents\Amnesia\Main folder. You'll see that the game is running with the AMD card and not the embedded Intel one.
