Well, that if you watched 1 hour, 45 mins of a horror movie. Here's the number of calories burned by watching horror films;
1. The Shining: 184 calories
2. Jaws: 161 calories
3. The Exorcist: 158 calories
4. Alien: 152 calories
5. Saw: 133 calories
6. A Nightmare on Elm Street: 118 calories
7. Paranormal Activity: 111 calories
8. The Blair Witch Project: 105 calories
9. The Texas Chain Saw Massacre: 107 calories

i don't really need to work out, breakdancing does it for me. But i do have to stretch a lot.

Usually i just stretch every possible limb for 30 seconds each before i go to sleep everyday. May not sound much, but trust me it works Smile

Dr. Segar doesn't live in my neighbourhood.
Dr. Segar: "Wait, what is that screaming next door? It sounds like somebody is getting raped and murdered."
Me: "Yeah, bitch didn't exercise enough."
Dr. Segar: "Wait, now there's a child screaming about her being kept in a small room by her dad and made to pee on the floor."
Me: "Yeah, bitch is learning the importance of exercise."
Dr. Segar: "Wait, is that the sound of flashbang grenades and SWAT raiding somebody?"
Me: "Yeah, those neighbours didn't need to exercise, because they had guns."
Dr. Segar: "Can I live here with you? I'm afraid to leave your apartment now."
Me: "I dunno. Do you exercise? You know sometimes I get horny, and..."
Dr. Segar: "I'll exercise, I'll exercise!"

+1 on that

as for me i already get all i need from my dancing, although i still stretch arms and legs for 20 seconds each before i go to bed (trust me, it actually helps a lot and is the best way to gain flexibilty) i dont do it to gain though, i already have enough of it Big Grin just gotta maintain it.

that's good, keep at it! If you're going through rough times, workout is a good distraction and it can make you feel better in general Smile

..Also

Robosprog, do you have any special workout for legs?
