Nice coin.
However, I'm counting 20 corners on that cylinder, which makes 80 triangles if my math doesn't fail me. Isn't that a liiiittle bit too much for one tiny coin, especially when you're aiming to make a whole pile? 
Just worrying about the fps a bit here...

No. I want an entity one. Not an item.
If you download the syringe, you will have the model for it (.dae). Then, you can just use the Model Editor to make an entity out of it.

There's water in the sewers of ATTD maps. Check them out. I think it's in entity>special
otherwise, particle systems.
