Hello i have a problem with my Game (Amnesia) i cant start this, evertime i start the launcher comes " amnesia.exe" dosent work.
I read in the Steam forum maybe this can help me i upload the hpl.log here,
i had a windows 7 system.

I had already the newest version vor my grafikcard
i read the other question's and see by Question 1 my Hpl.log is on version 1.2, 2.1.0 or more
what can i do to update it to 2.1.0?

you don't have graphics card drivers installed or the opengl part of them is corrupted/not working. Reinstall your drivers first.
