The first one looks like he's wearing a gas mask.
The second looks like a tree to me.

I'd choose both, but overall I chose the second picture.

Sorry, I don't quite get it...aren't those two pictures basically showing the same monster? Only the first is more of a mood painting and the second one is a more precise drawing a modeler could use as reference? Smile

I feel the first one is more of a ghost than the second one. The second one wears actual clothes.

To be honest I would not want to know what the heck the monster looks like in the first place, because if we know what the monster looks like then we will know what to expect and then that kind of ruins the scares for me.

You're so right. That's why we only show you guys rough sketches and not the actual monster. We want to see what you think about body-shape and ghost/living, like mentioned above by BeeKayk.

The second one looks more like a ghost since there's no flesh or bones showing. The eyes on the chains make it even creepier.

My suggestion is to just make the robe a bit like the first one, he currently looks a bit chubby. Tongue

Ah, I see! Well, I think I'd prefer something that's not entirely ghost-like. Creatures made of flesh and bone often move in a more unsettling way than purely "floaty" beings.

Btw., if you'd like some real, anatomical reference for the body parts that are showing (mainly the arms, hands and maybe legs if you go for the less ghostly version), I'd recommend searching for pictures of Javier Botet . He's a very interesting actor who specializes in playing horror creatures and he looks...well, quite amazing actually! You'll see. Wink
