What engine is Amnesia made on? Isn't is HPL? If so, can I please have a download link?
Also, I would like to know from some experienced FC/ custom story makers how to make custom monsters and models.

FC's and CS's all use the home engine, HPL Engine. You don't need to download it. If you want to make custom models and monsters, it can take a few years to understand.

yes you do have to download the suite to create FC's and IFC's.
