Right click on it, choose the "Add to "[insert file name here].rar""
Eg, if your file name is CustomStory, it would say Add to "CustomStory.rar"

If you need a program to create .rar files, try winrar. I think it was free to download (or at least it was when I downloaded it a while ago)
