as the title says,

Is it possible to bake normal map into a model for Amnesia

No a normal map can only be baked into a texture, not geometri.

When exporting your Collada(.dae) you should have the diffuse(color) map assigned. Then when you open the file in Model Viewer it should generate a material(.mat) file for you, which you can then open in the Material Editor and assign a normal map to, as well as many other maps such as fx specularity, bump or alpha
