Should I click save or run? When I touch the download patch thing it asks me that and I'm not sure which to use.

Okay figured it out you press 'run'.

Yeah, 'save' will give you the actual patch but won't install it, 'run' will automatically do it in a temporary internet folder.
Just press 'run' when doing updates and stuff.
