I know you can see one sleeping in a bed if you check through the painting in one of the secret passageway, but this picture shows one playing in what looks like a room in the mansion.

I remember the wretch playing with blocks in the cell, but not here. Any ideas?

That screenshot was taken in the Pigline level (Farming the World). Check out this video, you can see where exactly the room from the mansion appears.

I think that scene symbolizes how Mandus equates his children with piglets - this is reinforced by one of his journal entries.
