Downloaded Requiem from D2D and when i try to install it it says i need Black Plague I HAVE BLACK PLAGUE installed on my PC.. ?? What gives

both are the same platform? were you able to say where the black plague folder is?

I'm afraid the D2D version of requiem only works with D2D version of Black Plague. I am afraid this issue is out of our hands, so please contact the D2D support and see if they can help.

Yeah, might be good, but I haven't used that.
But when I buy Requiem, I will NOT use D2D. That's for sure!

I'll never buy from Direct 2 Drive again, that's for sure. It wasn't much money, but, still, why would they do it this way? Pisses me off. :/

Same problem for me. Direct 2 Drive can't seem to run away from the purchase fast enough. I suppose since they have my money already, it's not worth the effort. Tech support is a joke, everything is automated. They do nothing but refer us back to the 'technical experts' (In other words, go back to the guys who made it, not our problem) and that's that. I've put in two tickets and have emerged with nothing than time wasted and being more than likely out a game I spent money on. Since everyone involved is just standing about shrugging, pointing to the other guy, I'm forced to either buy another copy of a game I already own, or buy TWO copies of two games I already own. Could you at least mention this on the buy links to Direct 2 Download so no one else has to deal with this?
