Game Crashes before main menu - httpcreamsoda - 01-06-2015

So I bought the game off steam recently and I have tried everything. The game always crashes after I set the gamma and the main menu should appear. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling and verifying the game cache and updating my drivers. Everything is up to date any otherwise running smoothly. I'm completely out of ideas.

What is the GPU you have?

And for anyone who reads this and see's my post, think this might have something to do with his problem?

I have Nvidia GeForce GTX 860M as my default graphics card to run the program and Amnesia: A Machine For Pigs seems to run fine.

Try disabling SSAO from the Launcher.

Run the Launcher through Steam by right clicking it and selecting "Run Settings Launcher".
Do this by Graphic Options > Advanced and make sure SSAO is unchecked. I'm out of ideas if that doesn't fix it.

Try disabling vSync, SSAO from the launcher. Also, make sure your DPI is set to default 100% and not more or less. Close all background programs/services that might interfere with the game including calibrators such as f.lux, recorders such as Fraps etc...
