Penumbra Overture crash during install! - Docithe - 06-30-2010
I recently purchased this game. When I'm trying to install it, I get to a page that asks me to enter my key and register the game. I enter my key, but whenever I press "Next" while "Online Registration" is selected, the setup immediately crashes with the normal windows error telling me so. If I continue with a "Manual Registration", I save the .url file, but every time I try to open it, it brings me to a page that only says "HardwareID: License Key: Personal activation code:" and no code. As a result, I cannot get my Activation code and cannot play the game. Anybody know how I can fix this?

Please contact the company you bought the game from, an online registration system is not something we are using for any of our games. So it is a specific issue due to what registration system the company you bought it from is using.
