RE: OpenAL Questions - Zanderat - 09-11-2010 Thanks. I have an Xtreme Music. This ini tweak is most helpful. Do you think the buffers should be raised as well? RE: OpenAL Questions - flibitijibibo - 09-11-2010 As far as I can tell, the buffers are okay as they are. If the sound starts to glitch about (crackles, cutoffs and the like), just raise them until it stops. RE: OpenAL Questions - Zanderat - 09-11-2010 I agree. But I haven't played too far, I would imagine the sound gets more intense as you go. RE: OpenAL Questions - jblanc03 - 12-10-2013 (09-11-2010, 03:47 PM)Zanderat Wrote: I agree. The sound quality is fantastic with this tweak. i have been able to avoid the BSOD by simply starting a new game and not reloading any saves. It only BSOD when you load a saved game and then open a door into a new area that forces the game to load. Please! has Frictional provided any feedback on this issue? does this issue happen in A Machine For Pigs as well? |
