Hi there (from France),
I purchased yesterday ATDD on my son request (€17.99 Humble Bundle - Purchase Amnesia: The Dark Descent - transaction id: X53Z176DVZ9QR). After he made the install, it crashed after launch with error message "EXCEPTION_ACCES_VIOLATION in module <UNKNOWN> at 0023:0000000".
I supported him to analyze why and it seems to be know with the cause being the GPU. The "Intel G41 Express Chipset" of his DELL INSPIRON ONE 19T seems not supported (no information found in French). The latest driver update doesn't solve the issue.
Is there any possible refund?
