Run/Jump Issue - Otoya - 01-06-2011
Oh dear, I spoke too soon about not having an issue..
I've technically had this problem all game, but I figured I could side step it as it didn't really effect game play.
However, I'm at the Entrance to the Cistern now and... sadly it looks like it's become an issue.
I an unable to run and jump at the same time. I can run.... but I have to stop running and revert to walking to jump. I've been trying for a while... and I simply can't do the bridge jump without a running jump it seems. So. Any ideas?

This might be a problem with your keyboard... Do you have another keyboard to test with?

Sadly no, as I'm playing on my laptop. I've tried resetting my jump / run keys as well.

Do you play other games that have the same run and jump key configuration? (Half Life 2, etc) Check to see if you have the same problem there too.

Nope, this is the only game that I have that I have this issue in x.x;

odd... Try making run a different key, see if that works.... Do you have sticky keys on?

I finally managed to fix it. initially I had jump as my space bar. From there I can't it to 0 on num pad... to several different letters - nothing worked. Finally I made it my right alt and TADAA~ it works. FINALLY in the morgue. Thanks for your help~
