when it crashes, does it show a blackbox dialog or some other error?
Can you post the hpl.log when you try it in windowed mode and it crashes?

It doesn't show any error, just goes to a gray screen and my computer gets unresponsive. The hpl.log I posted was a very similar crash (same way, just not windowed)
I don't really want to force a hard restart right now, but if I absolutely have to I will..

The HPL.log looks clean... I'm trying to get it to record an error.
