A few scripting questions - Linus Ågren - 01-21-2011

I think that it's better if I use this thread to make multiple questions rather than always making new threads all the time Big Grin

First of all, how do you add notes, quests and diaries?
Secondly, a text on a door when you look at it (like engine room etc.. for a map-redicting door), and also a text that says like "Locked" if it is locked.

Third, almost same as the second but for normal doors. Make a text that says "locked" if it's locked.

Fourth, is it possible to name keys as you loot em?

I really need help with these ones ^^
I'll give anyone who help me get these to work credit when I release my map!

Thank you!

You can easily find this stuff with the search, it has already been answered often enough.

Alright, I'll search around a bit. But I just wonder.. What's the syntax for unlocking hatch doors? The SwingDoor syntax doesn't work as it's only for SwingDoors and not hatches.

Better to hurry up and open that "scripts recollection" thread for your own good. (For my own good as well)

Currently busy with learning how joints in the model editor work, but will do, will do.
