It is in the storage room. There is a door which requires a lever to open, however the lever handle is missing. You must find the handle, carry it to the mount, and then pull the lever to open the door. The bucket will be inside. A hint for the handle if you haven't found it already: Candlelit beside a pool of blood.

Remember when you used the crowbar in the west wing? It fell to the floor, you need to go and pick it back up. Hopefully it will work ok, I haven't seen what happens if someone doesn't pick it back up. If it is nowhere to be found, let me know and I will get you a quick fix. Sorry for the issues it may cause.

Ok well im pretty stuck, I think some scripts didn't go off or Im just not looking hard enough.
In the first hub I cant find the other red piece, I keep walking around, kinda annoying.

The red shards are in the Dining Hall and Archives. The one in the archives is behind the door that is stuck at the end of a long hallway. You have to pick up a note describing ingredients for a potion for it to open. The one in the Dining hall requires you retrieve a bucket from Storage, and fill it with water to put out the fire. If you need more help, let me know. I know bugs can happen, so if something did fail to work properly I will make sure you get what you need to continue.

The door where he spawns and tears down in the archives came back, think thats my problem. I don't remember going all the way back to the door on the other side and getting the shard. I could just run through again, only took me maybe 30 mins up to now
