Note Text not appearing.[SOLVED] - Lambda - 05-04-2011

Hi!, back again with another noob question.

I'm trying to get notes working, but every time, the title of the note and the note text do not show up.

Here is my extra_english.lang file:

I have set NoteText in the world editor to "note1", so it should work.
What am i doing wrong here?

Is that your entire file? There's nothing about the notes in there

Thats about notes, isnt it?

I think I know what's going wrong.
-Open your map in leveleditor and click on the note.
-Go to the entity tab
-Below, there should be a box with NoteText above it. Type the name of the note there. Then the program will know which entries to search for. (so in your case, type: note1 there)

Try without the "1", try renaming everything like: "note1" into "firstnote"

Yeah, i watched that tutorial, thats how i got to the first thing Smile

Have you tried deleting the cache files?

I see you have a description for your custom story. Was that showing up before you made the note text? Does it still show up?
