Penumbra 3 is also called "Requiem".
Some people say it is only an AddOn, but it is also the third sequel of Penumbra series. On the boxed cover you will read "...all three episodes included...".

Well.... Requiem is an expansion for Black Plague wich is based on more puzzle solving rather than scares. It can be considered the 3rd game of the series, but the "game" FG described on the 1st April thread has nothing to do with Requiem.

Penumbra 3 was cancelled due to problems with their publisher. That's why only two full games were produced, Requiem was made as an expansion for Black Plague to clear up the story but it was also heavily puzzle oriented. It was not intended to be Penumbra 3.
