I got a problem with my penumbra: every times i start the game his have the problem black box BUT yesterday i played it please help me,my graphic cards is intel 4 series express chipset i do not do anything with my graphics cards PLEASE HELP

2. Is it a laptop or a desktop? If a laptop, what model?
