This game needs to be known more. It's one of my favorite games of all time.

Think it was 2$ in one of the online stores. Everyone ought to get it, just to try it out.

All right, I'm getting Cryostasis and Dark Fall.
I also suggest:
Darkness Within 1 and 2. Creepy atmosphere and compelling story.

Nightmare House 2 mod for Half Life 2. Nightmare house 1 is included as a prologue.
Although Nightmare house is mostly jump scares, but they are really clever and well placed.

I've already played Nightmare house 2. That was one hell of a night. I was at my friends house and we stayed up all night. He couldn't even get past chapter two in the game without giving up! I still want to play cryostasis

You guys have to try SCP-087. It's a free indie game made by somebody in their spare time using the Unity3D SDK; only a couple megabytes. There is an ending, although the floor it occurs on is random. If you keep going down, it will get worse. It's better to play without previous knowledge of SCP-087. I loved it.
