I don't think you'll get much from an employee there. The location itself probably doesn't have anything to do with the game, since I doubt the game's new protagonist will be travelling from Europe/Asia all the way to a office building in Seattle. The clue must be in the address, or a number in the pics of the building, or something like that. We may not know we have the clue yet or what we need it for.

I don't think that would be enough, because I'm pretty sure we won't be able to access the file anyway until they provide public access to the files hosted.
