You guys should try Dropbox, it is more easier for uploading files. With it, you could update the .rar archive, like for example add in a map or two, edit a script and/or update a changelog. I recommend it.
By the way, is it okay if I uploaded the demo to my Dropbox? Don't worry, I haven't changed anything.

Looks great, can't wait till it's finished.

You have my respect, remaking an entire game from start to finish on an entirely different engine is no small feat.

Hope you continue to make good progress. Smile

RE: Scratches - A New Story *UPDATE 08.11.10* (Work in Progress/Playable Demo available)

This map is kind of a mixed bag. First of all, there are some parts where I just LOVE the atmosphere; That faint blue midnight glow coming in through the window has just the right nightly effect. Other areas, not so much. I know it's a pre-release, but a lot of it is un-detailed, with very blocky plain geometry that could use at least a trim along the edges.

Also, my frame-rate is horrible unless if I don't bump it down to 640x480. I recommend (though it's probably not the main problem) making books on the shelf out of the static, non-interactive joined-together ones rather than having them all be movable.

Also, great use of sounds!
