Yeah it seems that burn victims usually doesn't have much hair left. If we want her face to be melted off, then there could always be some hair hanging down from the back of her head and perhaps from the sides. Since the fire wouldn't have reached those parts of her scalp.

Please show me your finished concept then I can take inspiration from that.

I would have something to cover her boobs up though. I just feel like if they were showing people would be too surprised (well... And happy) to see them on a monster to be scared of it looks pretty terrifying though

Yeah makes sense, starved women doesn't have big boobs either. Maybe bandages around her chest? You like that kman?

Yeah that would work or just make them saggy and really unattractive, because if they looked like normal ones they would be kind of distracting.

Well, there is a certain amount of culture shock that you experience when you see exposed parts of the body that are pretty much always concealed in day to day life. I can tell you now that most of us Amnesia-playing girls aren't particularly attracted to the naked man-parts you find in the game, whether they're on a monster or not.

And there's also the idea where the thing you fear is also the thing you are also attracted to, which is a little mentally unsettling.

More clear version of the initial drawing, then a second sketch that's more close-up. On the bottom I played around with a bound chest and then drew a really crappy back view.

That looks really nice I like the long creepy fingers. They have probably dislocated her fingers in the basement. Then put her face on fire making her lose a lot of her front hair. I feel your mummy looks a bit too cute though. Like a barbie doll in mummy outfit.

How about this:

-Burnt face
-Burnt hair
-Hair on sides and back
-Long dislocated fingers
-Bandages around fragile parts of body
-Torture inspired outfit

When I say torture inspired outfit I mean not a sash. The sash in that image looks like something a belly dancer might be wearing. It needs to be more dark, more gothic. I would love to show you what I mean, but all images I find are very graphic...

Anyway if you approve of this I'll start working on the model.

I'd bank on the face being burnt or decaying or some such underneath the wrappings on her face, but I do like the idea of a single exposed and glowing eye. For the hair, it's a little difficult to get across in a quick sketch but singed locks of hair that seem to have sort of escaped from the binding would make sense.

A note on the sash: Since the original concept for the design was basically a female mummy, I looked into some more ancient and tribal clothing and of course you find loin-cloth style sashes. I'm going to give you the freedom to change that around but I do hope that there will be at least the slightest resemblance to the concept.

Basically yeah, the face underneath the bandages is burned and stuff.
