Solved: 8 Years, 3 Months, 1 Week ago Graphics issue

I'm having the following graphics issue, I'm not sure what it is. I suspect that my graphics card might be fried but I just got my laptop a few months ago. I'm running Amnesia with an nVidia GEforce GTX 660M
