Game will only start on some resolutions and then it own't load

What does Allowed it for all users mean? Maybe you are running comodo firewall or some antivirus product, gamebooster and programs like that. Maybe some program like fraps etc which use 3d resources.

I right clicked on amnesia.exe clicked on properties and then the security tab and made sure the game had full permissions for authenticated users. I'm not running gamebooster, fraps, and I checked my firewall and windows defender and neither say that amnesia isn't allowed.
