Amnesia Starts Up then Stops Responding

1) Make sure your dpi is set to 100% (can rarely cause issues).
2) Go to Documents and delete the folder Amnesia.
3) Let's try running the game itself as an administrator. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Amnesia The Dark Descent. Right click Amnesia.exe, go to compatibility and select Run this program as an administrator. Click OK and execute Amnesia.exe.

After that, attach the new HPL.log file again.
