second Cistern Bridge stays up

I just had the same problem: the machine room seemed to work, but the bridge just didnt't get down.
My solution:
Remove one of the pipes in the last room, then lower this big metal pipe (or whatever it is) again, so that a blue light will flash and a happy music will sound.
Then re-insert the pipe and it should work.

Or maybe something else was wrong, what now is stucked. Then you also have to remove one of the pipes, otherwise you wont be able to move the weights or the metal-thing.
