Greater variety in enemies. Maybe the dogs fom Penumbra?

I think a larger variety would ruin the scares for people, because then you're spending more time wondering which monster it's gonna be rather then worrying about how scared you are

True. And the dog's from Penumbra aren't that scary at all. :\

A good theme for a possible another horror game would be with demons and spirits.
