win error dialog

first, i tried it without any patch, then with 1.0.3 (of course with 1.0.2) and then only with 1.0.2... without patch, it has shown me error dialog before menu appear, with patch 1.0.2 it has shown me black screen after loading game(as you can on screenshoot) and with patch 1.0.3 it has shown me first screen form game... i hope, that you are not so confused with my english
